On this particular journey, the mountains rise above the coast crowned with snow that catches the light like polished chrome, bright, block-like shapes glowing against the distant peaks. Below, deep teal glacial waters wind through the landscape, reflecting the warmth of the sun as it breaks through the sky.
The road curves along the shoreline, twisting between mountains, water, and wild grasses that ripple across the foreground like waves. Intricate brushwork brings the landscape to life, with flowing textures sweeping through the grass and across the hillsides, giving the entire scene a sense of movement.
Perhaps the snow really does turn to chrome when the sun hits it just right. Perhaps the grass moves like water and the road is simply surfing its way through the landscape.
