Presently, we only ship to destinations in the continental United States or Canada (*however, we cannot ship to a Post Box address).

If in the continental U.S. or Canada, shipping is absolutely free of charge!

Our site employs state-of-the-art, industry standard security and encryption procedures, so you can rest assured… your personal data and credit card information is encrypted and secure, and protected against unauthorized access at all times.

In most cases, your order will be delivered by Fed-Ex. If there is no one available to accept delivery when the courier arrives, they will leave it at your door. In cases where the courier deems it to be unsafe to leave the package, they will leave a notice with further instructions on how to retrieve your package (Fed-Ex will store your package at their nearest outlet for up to 7 days).

Presently, we offer free shipping within Canada and the continental United States only. For other destinations, please contact us.

We stand behind our product… if you are not 100% happy with your order when it arrives, you have 14 days to return it. *Conditions Apply. (read below for further information).

In most cases, your order will be delivered by Fed-Ex. You can expect it to arrive within 10 to 14 business days from date of purchase.

Of course! Simply locate the email notification you’ll receive when the artwork is shipped (containing the subject line: “Your order item has been shipped.”). This email will contain a tracking number, along with a link to the courier’s web-site.  Simply click on the link, then input the tracking number as indicated, to access your order tracking information.

Our sales staff will also be closely monitoring your order, and will notify you with any important information regarding delivery.

That’s why your purchase includes our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:  If, within 14 days following delivery, you are not happy with your purchase, simply notify us, and return your purchase. Once we receive the returned product, we can issue you a refund (*see conditions below).

*Your money back guarantee may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or Store-Credit.

Our products are eligible for return for a period of 14 days from time of delivery ( ‘Final-Sale’ items are not returnable; we cannot accept returns after the 14-day cut-off).

Step 1 – Call us at 604-738-1223 to notify us that you wish to return the product (we’re open 11 am – 5 pm PST, Tuesday to Saturday).

Step 2 – If eligible for return, SamsOriginalArt will email you a pre-printed Return Label.

Step 3 – Please repackage the artwork in its original packaging, and securely affix the Return Label to the outside of the box.

Step 4 – Ship your return package using a reputable shipping company (include tracking number; SamsOriginalArt will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns).

Step 5 – Email the shipping details, including tracking number, to info@samsoriginalart.com

SamsOriginalArt will process your return, and the amount of purchase will be refunded to your original source of payment (in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order) upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

* Returns on original paintings require a 20% restocking fee.

Step 1 – Take photos of both the damaged artwork AND the packaging, and email the photos to info@samsoriginalart.com

Step 2 – Upon receiving proof of damage, SamsOriginalArt will email you a pre-printed Return Label;  please see the instructions above on ‘returning the artwork’.

Step 3 Once we have received the damaged product, we will promptly ship you an identical product.

For those of you who like my work but don’t see exactly what you would like on our website, I would be more than happy to do a ‘commissioned’ painting for you. Please be aware though, that any commissioned painting is done with the understanding that you agree to the following terms:

1. I will do my utmost best to paint your commissioned work based on your description (you can even submit a photo depicting the scene you would like). I will, however, always adhere to my own ‘style’ and artistic intuition, as evidenced in my body of work.

2. The base price for my commissioned works is $4.00/sq. inch. The exact price, however, may fluctuate, depending on the size, details, and intricacy of the painting. A final price will always be agreed upon before I begin.

3. Once a final price is determined, we require a $1000.00 (*non-refundable) deposit; upon completion, and only if you are happy with the final product, the balance is due, and it becomes a non-returnable, final sale.

4. *If, however, you are not happy with your commissioned painting, there will be no balance due, and your deposit will be applied as a credit towards any of my other current or future works.

5. Unless expressly prohibited in advance, we reserve the right to make and sell up to 30 giclee canvas prints of your commissioned painting. Please expect your painting to take approximately 30 days to complete.
